For Free UK next day delivery orders need to be placed before 2 pm
You can also estimate your shipping price in the basket, once your new products are added.
For Same Day Collections please bring the order confirmation that will have been emailed to you, we will need to see this before items are released.
Same Day Collections can be made between 2 pm - 5 pm, our normal collection times are 10 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday.

We want you to be happy with your purchase, however, if you change your mind and wish to make a return or an exchange you must notify us within 30 days in writing by letter or via email.
Unwanted items must be returned in a fully re-saleable condition in the original, unmarked, and undamaged packaging.

Purchase any PN Home product from our website.
If you are not happy with any of the items for any reason.
Simply follow our FREE RETURNS policy which can be found below.
The item will be picked up by one of our couriers and returned to our warehouse.
Once the items are checked, you will receive a full refund credited back into your account.
Please note that we do offer a FREE RETURNS service for our products even if you just changed your mind. You can either arrange to send back the item yourself or we can arrange the collection for you using our courier service. Please do note that the item must be returned in a fully re-saleable condition in the original, unmarked, and undamaged packaging for this to apply.
The FREE return service is only provided to UK customers who are reachable by DPD UK.
In an event where a customer returns the goods at their own cost using their own selected carrier, we will not be liable to pay for the return charges unless agreed beforehand.
Returns from outside UK: Customers must return the goods at their own cost. We can assist in arranging parcel collection from outside UK. For the full cost of the collection please contact us at email@example.com
In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect, please note that these cases must be reported within 24 hours of a signed delivery.
We will require photographic evidence for any faulty or damaged goods before we can arrange a replacement. Our customer services team is here to help, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if there is an issue with your order.
We will then offer you either the choice of an exchange of faulty parts or products or collections with a full refund.
If you live close to our office in or around Leicester, you are more than welcome to collect your order or return your item to us to avoid any return charges.

Collections can take place between Monday to Friday from 9 am to 4.30 pm.
Our Customer Care team will provide you with our full Head Office address and telephone number. You will need to provide us 2 hours’ notice prior to collection.
If you wish to return a product for a refund, no need to call us prior to your visit.
If you wish to return a faulty, damaged or wrongly despatched item for a replacement, please call us 2 hours prior to your visit so that we can prepare your replacement.
Please note we cannot exchange your item for an alternative product.
