Very good service. We ordered a set of tulip dining chairs then after living with them for a few days decided we may have preferred them in a different colour. I contacted PN Home and was told I could reorder them in another colour, compare them and send one set of chairs back for a refund. Very prompt delivery in 2 days and collection of original order. Refund is in progress hopefully should be back in our account next couple of days.

Delivery was quick but product was poor quality. The screws didn't line up with the holes so we had to send it back. Customer services weren't particularly friendly but they arranged a DPD collection for us. I had to call again a few days later to confirm that they'd received the item and prompt them to process a refund.
